GAK Collections will accept returns only if there is some manufacturing defects in the product sold & we make sure that the product with manufacturing defect is replaced/exchanged with same product without any defect.

  • Return request regarding stains or damage need to be filed within 24 hours of product delivery as long as you follow our return guideline.
  • Customers should make sure that the products that are returned, should reach GAK Collections office within 5 days from date the return request is accepted by GAK Collections.
  • Customers also need to send an image of the product & a digital copy of the invoice of the product while filing complain.
  • Our shipments are carefully inspected before dispatching it from our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:
  • Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition, subject to our return guideline.
  • We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the tags/ posters
  • Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit
  • We are not liable if the returned item is lost in transit by customer's courier partner

Return Guidelines
  • Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factor specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you.
  • We do not refund products:
  1. Obtained from a source other than at 
  2. Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances,open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
  3. Loss or damage of a shipment while shipment is out of GAKCollections's custody or control.
  4. Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
  • For incorrect items, items must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as Nonexchangeable or Non-returnable.
  • Items purchased on sale and discounts are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
  • Shipping cost will not be refunded by GAKCollections
Customer can cancel the order only within 24 hours of placing the order & not beyond 24 hours
In case of cancellation, refund might take 3-4 working days to reflect in customer's account from the date of cancellation

Colour and Description Discrepancy
The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colours there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the colour settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online.

Embellishment related Issues
Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off. Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
